Securely pack the timepiece in its original brand box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories, ensuring the parcel is well-padded for transit.

Send the package using a trackable and insured shipping service to our boutique address, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

Inspection and Refund
